At Pro Football Jersey Vault, we want you to love your game day gear! Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all factory tags and labels to be eligible for a return or exchange. This applies to our entire selection of premium stitched men's, women's, and youth football jerseys. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.

Simply reach out to us at jerseyhelp@hotmail.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the appropriate return shipping address.
If you choose a refund to your initial payment method due to a sizing issue or a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., defective gear or wrong team colors), we will cover the return expenses.
Returns Overview
What is Not Returnable?
- Clearance items and sports apparel marked Final Sale or non-returnable.
- All custom or personalized game day jerseys.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing their factory tags.
International Returns
As a global provider of premium football gear, we accept international returns. Please contact our support team at jerseyhelp@hotmail.com to get the designated return facility address nearest to you. Keep your tracking number safe. Eligible returns process within 7-10 business days after receipt.
Are there any fees associated with returns?
If the return is our fault (defective item or wrong style), we cover all return shipping fees. For standard returns (e.g., you ordered the wrong size), the customer handles the return postage. The initial $9 standard shipping fee (or Free Shipping over $87 promotion) applied to your first order is not refundable.

Can I return multiple items in one box?
Yes! If you are returning multiple items from the same order (such as a men's jersey and a youth jersey), you can pack them securely in a single box to save on your return shipping costs. Just ensure all items are clearly noted in your communication with our support team.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items
Quality is our priority. Please report any issues with your stitched apparel to our email within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a no-cost replacement or full refund.
Do all items follow the same return timeframe?
Most eligible items on sportjerseyguide.com allow for a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.
Exchanges Overview
We are happy to offer exchanges on most eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Getting the perfect fit for game day is essential!
Here is how it works:
Eligibility
- You can exchange your item for the exact same product in a different size (e.g., swapping a women's medium for a women's large).
- If an exchange isn't available due to stock, you may still return the item for a refund in accordance with our standard policy.
Pricing & Shipping
- We will honor the initial purchase price you paid, including any promotions applied at checkout.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our facility, but we will cover the shipping cost to send the new exchanged item back to you!
How to Start
Initiate your exchange by emailing jerseyhelp@hotmail.com. Your new exchange item will ship once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
